Food Diary (2)

Feel like eating stuff in the morning before 11.
Want to eat meat, or some real food, not sweets.
But when there's a snack on my table, it's tempting to just snack on anything.

Solution:
Don't keep food on table.
Eat more for breakfast.
Bring bread from home.
Don't be in a hurry to eat when stomach starts growling. Wait a few moments.
