Food Diary (3)

If I have food lying around I will keep thinking about it and consequently want to eat all food in sight, and make bad choices at stores.
First I should check what is bad food and get rid of them all.
Then I won't be tempted to eat.

I feel like eating a lot of carbs. Maybe it's cos I've been eating less of it and my body wants it.

Food Diary (2)

Feel like eating stuff in the morning before 11.
Want to eat meat, or some real food, not sweets.
But when there's a snack on my table, it's tempting to just snack on anything.

Solution:
Don't keep food on table.
Eat more for breakfast.
Bring bread from home.
Don't be in a hurry to eat when stomach starts growling. Wait a few moments.

Food Diary (1)

I ate a chocolate cos it's from Iceland.
I ate a piece of cake cos Teresa made it.
These 2 were unnecessary.

I want to eat stuff, even though I'm not hungry.
After I ate some rice, instead of being satisfied I want to eat even more stuff.

When I feel like I need to exert a lot of effort, I feel like I should be compensated with food.


Solution:
Don't go near the food table.
Don't get anything from the food table so I won't be tempted to eat it.

Thoughts after 2 months

Forgot to post some thoughts after 2 months.

Good:
1. Gained strength.
2. Higher resistance to lactic acid.
3. Less backaches.

Bad:
1. Did not lose any weight.
2. Did not lose any inches.
3. Did not lose any fat.
